What is the most fun part of your job?

The creativity I can put into it. The creativity that I can’t express in everyday life, I can really apply in my work for Abrazi. The most fun creative project I’ve done so far is making the collection brochure, a document I designed in inDesign at the end of my internship, of which more than 1,000 have since been printed. I am extremely proud of that, the idea I had in my head has actually become reality, it has turned out beautifully, but above all it is great that it is used daily for our retailers. And TikTok of course, we now have 17,000 followers there! My favourite TikTok is the one of the grannies as flower girls, it was the first TikTok that really went viral, to celebrate this the team got cake, I have such fond memories of this.

What is your go-to work outfit?

Ugh, it depends. This is a really valid question for me. In winter, it’s sweatpants with a t-shirt, blazer and big statement earrings. In summer, I wear a good pair of jeans with a crop top or a jumper over it and then several thin gold necklaces. It’s pretty chilly in the office, which is why we often have several layers on - a t-shirt with something over it, a cardigan or a jumper. Sounds really boring, but I do wear cute outfits, for sure.

Gold or silver?

Gold. I’m also sitting here right now with a chunky gold magic chain.

What is the first thing you do in the morning?

Turn on water for my eggs.

Without what can’t you start your day?

ithout having a shower.

Who or what inspires you?

Bieke. Yes, I think seriously actually Bieke, our creative director. She always says to me: if you want to do something, just do it, because you can do it. She helps me a lot to become better and bigger at what I do now. What she does, but especially the way she works, inspires me a lot. She has taught me that when I keep pushing and dotting the i’s, things always work out.

App or Call?

App 100%. I don’t really like calling. I already have sweaty hands when I think of it.

What is your favourite dish?

Pizza.

What would you serve at your wedding?

Pizza pizza pizza.

What did you want to be when you were little?

Marry a rich man hahaha. That was my aspiration - no, just kidding. Jeez, teacher I think and the week after that actress, week after that equestrian and that week after that gymnast.

What do you think is the most iconic wedding?

Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber… that dress… those people… It was my childhood crush getting married to the most beautiful and stylish woman in this world.

Favourite restaurant?

Cafe Restaurant Amsterdam - delicious and lots of choice. If you want Italian you can eat very nice Italian food, and if you want to eat very elaborate you can eat fruits de mer, so oysters and caviar. But you can also just eat steak and fries. And there’s a good atmosphere, good wine - I love it.

What is the best advice you have received or can give?

“Oh my god, I think the best advice I’ve ever been given is: Don’t let it stop you because you think people might start thinking something about you. People are too busy worrying about themselves to worry about you too. So just do your own thing. The advice I would give myself is: do what makes you happiest of all. Don’t go doing things for other people, just do it for yourself. Nice touch with the advice.

What is your favourite item from Abrazi?

The Puck earrings. In gold. These aren’t online yet, but be prepared. They are so incredibly beautiful. And from the current collection, it’s the moon threader.

That Abrazi has really made me make huge steps that I have wanted to make for years, which I have now been able to do - thank you for that.
