Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, shipping costs are 7.95 €. For Austria and all other European countries, shipping is 9.95 €. Shipments to the USA are available via FedEx for a flat rate of $10.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes, the costs for returning your order are for your account. We offer flat fees of €4.95 for the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, return costs are 7.95 €. For Austria and all other European countries, returns are 9.95 €.

When will I receive my money back from my return shipment?

When you have reported your return to us within 14 days and we have received the returned items, in original condition, in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded. This takes place within five working days from the day of receipt of the returned order.
