Collection

  • Abrazi jewelry is handmade in Italy and The Netherlands from quality materials such as Austrian quality crystals and pearls, brass, natural pearls, rhodium, 925 sterling silver and 14kt gold. Our gold vermeil gilded items have a base of sterling silver, coated with a thick layer of 14k gold. Our sterling silver jewelry is plated with rhodium, a precious metal from the platinum group that has a very light and reflective effect. Rhodium is mainly used on jewelry to protect the surface from scratches and to prevent discoloration. We also choose the base material brass when making some items, as this is a very strong and durable material.   • Not all of our items are available online, and our collections change regularly. If you are looking for a specific item, please send an email to info@abrazi.com with a picture, item number or description, and we will help you find it.

  • All Abrazi jewelry is handmade in Italy and The Netherlands. Our fabric collection for men, consisting of silk ties, suspenders, bow ties and handkerchiefs is also handmade in Italian ateliers. Some products from other article groups, such as our hair accessories, clutches and some of our cufflinks, are handmade in China in specialized workshops that we personally visit every year. Given that our goal is to produce as sustainably as possible, we have made some major changes over the years. We strive to produce all of our collections in Europe, and are constantly looking for the most sustainable options.

  • A large part of our collection is available in one size, but can be worn at different lengths due to the extension pieces attached to the necklace or bracelet. Some items, on the other hand, are not adjustable, but available in multiple sizes. The exact length of all our necklaces and bracelets can be found under ‘details’ on the product page.

Orders & Delivery

  • Enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, shipping costs are 7.95 €. For Austria and all other European countries, shipping is 9.95 €. Shipments to the USA are available via FedEx for a flat rate of $10.

  • After an order has been placed we only have a short time to cancel the order or change the delivery address. Because we process our orders as fast as possible this is usually less than one hour. Please call (+31 35 7851005) email (info@abrazi.com) or send us a Whatsapp as soon as possible, we will do our best to be of service.

  • Items ordered before 17:00 CET/CEST are shipped within 1-2 business days, in most cases you will have it the next day. All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Almere, The Netherlands. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Currently Abrazi products online are only shipped to customers in the EU (DHL/DPD), USA (FedEX), UK and Norway. In Switzerland our collection is only sold through our retail partners, you can find them in the store locator. We expect to expand the areas for shipping orders soon. If you are interested in ordering our products from another country, please feel free to send an email to info@abrazi.com, and we can find out what possibilities there are.

  • Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

  • Yes we do! Check our Store Locator to see our retail locations. Do you work in retail and want to sell Abrazi in your (bridal) store? Please send an email to dennis@abrazi.com.

Customer service

  • All information such as home address and email correspondence is kept confidential and never sold to third parties. E-mail messages are sent once for order confirmation and shipment. If you have created a shopping cart but have not completed the process, you will receive a one-time email message to ask if you want to continue with the unfinished order. Promotional email messages are only sent to customers who have given their permission via the newsletter form at the bottom of the website or at check-out. Have questions?   • Abrazi products are covered by a two-year warranty. This warranty applies to any Abrazi product that breaks down or does not function due to a manufacturing defect. These products will be replaced free of charge after evaluation by Abrazi.

  • Absolutely! Choosing the right accessories for your wedding day can be a huge challenge. Our team has a lot of experience in styling bridal looks, and is ready to provide you with personal advice. Do you already have a picture of your bridal hairstyle and wedding dress? Send it to us via Whatsapp and let us know what your wishes are, we will look with you. Our stylist is available to assist you every weekday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Payment

  • We accept Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, SoFort, Paypal, Bancontact, SEPA & iDeal.

  • In the overview of your shopping cart, above the button ‘Checkout’, you will find a field for your promo code.

  • Coupon codes for promotions and holidays have limited validity and expire after the last date of the promotion. Please email info@abrazi.com if you have any problems with your coupon code, we are happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, please send an email to returns@abrazi.com. You will then receive a return label or QR code to easily return your package. If you wish to exchange an item, the return label is free of charge. When returning an item, we charge a flat fee of of €4,95 for the return label for returns from the Benelux, €7,95 for Germany and €9,95 for Austria. After receiving your package you have 30 days to return your order to us. If your return has not been sent back to us within 30 days, we can no longer process your return. Therefore, please request your return label on time.

  • Given that we guarantee the quality of our products we offer a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the returned items are in original condition and that you return your order to us within 30 days. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If your return package has been lost, you can make use of your Trusted Shops Buyer Protection: https://www.trustedshops.co.uk/buyer-protection/

  • Yes, for use of our return labels we charge a fixed fee of €4,95 for the return label for returns from the Benelux, €7,95 for Germany and €9,95 for Austria. If you prefer to return your package in another way, the costs are also for your own account. If you want to exchange an item, the return label is free of charge.

  • When you have reported your return to us within 14 days and we have received the returned items, in original condition, in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded. This takes place within five working days from the day of receipt of the returned order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. If your return package has been lost, you can make use of your Trusted Shops Buyer Protection: https://www.trustedshops.co.uk/buyer-protection/
